A
chance to visit Sabah’s most traditional ethnic
group, the Rungus people, live in the Kudat district
on the northwest coast. This tour offers a rare opportunity
to experience the customs, music, dance and the cuisine
of the Rungus. Upon
arrival, visit to a village of Rungus community, well
known for their traditional communal Longhouse dwelling,
beadwork and weaving skills.Then
visit a Bee Farm and see how the local honey industry
in Borneo. After lunch, proceed to the Tip of Borneo
Island, famous by the local as Simpang Mengayau “Tip
of Borneo”. Here everyone has the chance to see
the South China Sea meets with the Sulu Sea by standing
at the very end of Borneo Island. Transfer back to Kota
Kinabalu City at 1600 hrs, proceed to hotel or airport.
