All reservations shall be made in writing and
send to Bimaz Tours & Travel and Rent-A-Car Sdn
Bhd via email or facsimile. Company hotlines are
also provided for those who wish to make reservation / booking
via phone.
Confirmation
All confirmed reservation / bookings shall be forwarded to
Bimaz Tours & Travel and Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd
in writing form. A deposit payment is also required upon confirmation.
At such, any reservation / booking will not be classified
as confirmed without deposit payment.

Postponement
/ Amendment / Cancellation
In
the event of postponement or amendments or cancellations,
customers / guest must inform Bimaz Tours & Travel
and Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd by writing. Failure to comply
will result in forfeiting of deposit payment. The following
cancellation charges shall apply:

The
company shall not be held responsible and reserve the rights
to charge the customer for additional costs rendered by any
last minute cancellation, delay and charge of arrangement
made by the customer (less than 48 hours Before Arrival Time
as per schedule).
Liability
In the event of hostilities, political unrest or other circumstances
that may jeopardize the safety of customers / guests, the
company has a sole and absolute discretion to cancel and shorten
the duration of any tour. As an appointed agent for hotels
/ resorts, other means of transportation, railway, restaurants
and other tourism operators, Bimaz Tours & Travel
and Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd shall not responsible for
any loss, injury or damage to person or property due to their
negligence or lack fault. However, Bimaz Tours &
Travel and Rent-A-Car Sdn Bhd always provides protection
of insurance for each of its customers / guests.
